Seattle Looter Condemns Iraqi Looter
Jason Frasier, 18, of Seattle loudly condemns Yasin Abdullah, shown here looting an air conditioner from the nearby Ministry of Electrocution in downtown Bagdhad on Thursday.
"Normally, I'm all for looting and all that crap like [wealth redistribution]", says Frasier, a copywriting intern with a Seattle software engineering firm. "During the Battle Of Seattle, I scored myself an X-Box, a cherry pair of Nikes, and enough snacks to last for, like, a month. But this guy in Baghdad...does he have any idea what freon does to the atmosphere? If he's that hot, he should move up here to the Northwest. I mean...do they even have electricity in his village?"
Unaware of Frasier's comments, Abdullah is not sure if he will keep the air conditioner for his family or try to sell it on Baghdad's burgeoning black market.
"During the 8 months that I was daily being tortured on my [genital region] by the Feyadeen dogs, the only thing that made it even slightly bearable was this wonderful air conditioner in the corner window. When the blessed Americans liberated my city, I knew right how to find it," Abdullah said.
Asked if he had a problem with the other looting going on in Baghdad, Abdullah replied, "I figured that after months of electrodes being attached to my [genital region] I kind of deserved this air conditioner."
