have cocktail names, need recipes

the name is always hard, but what to do when you have names and no recipes?
the triumph (must taste like a d. fisher game winner)
the patriot act (a red-white-and-blue layered drink)
the allstar
the three-peat (some sort of variation on the long-island ice tea?)
out to lunch
the sheldon (requires chartreuse)

more later...
